The beautiful holiday property is very accessible to several golf courses which are a maximum of 40 minutes drive from the house. The area is also ideal for hiking and  horse riding as there are two barns where you can rent horses. You will find a number of old mule paths which are still used for horse riding.

If a day at the seaside is wanted, then 2 of Italy's popular and well known beaches - Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are just 30 miles and will take 45 min utes by car.
